We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags still attached

Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to inspection delays.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Our self-service portal makes it easy to initiate a return or exchange online.

You’ll be guided through the steps to select your order, choose a return or exchange, and download a prepaid shipping label.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Select “Exchange” in the portal and follow the prompts.
Once your item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped out automatically — subject to stock availability.


Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original form of payment once the item passes inspection.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out immediately at

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Limited-edition or drop-exclusive items

These are not eligible for return or exchange.


Shipping Your Return

All returns must be shipped using the prepaid label provided in the portal.
Packages sent without our authorized return label may experience delays in processing or be refused.

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you can track its status in real-time via our portal or your tracking page.
