Shipping & Returns
At Arclyfe, we are proud to design and manufacture all of our products in the USA. We take great pride in our local craftsmanship, ensuring that each item is produced with the highest quality materials and attention to detail.
Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. While we strive to process and ship all orders within this timeframe, we aim to provide the most efficient service possible. Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will generally be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following Monday during our regular business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS or FedEx, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to external factors, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 and provide expedited shipping options for faster delivery, if needed.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all domestic orders over $100.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery options.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through USPS or FedEx using the provided tracking information.
Incorrect Address Policy
At Arclyfe, we want your order to reach you promptly and accurately. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may result in delivery delays or the return of the package.

Address Accuracy: Please carefully review your shipping details before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at customersupport@arclyfe.com to attempt an address update before shipment.

Returned Packages: If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you. If the order is returned to us and we are unable to reach you, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs.

Carrier Delivery Issues: Once an order is shipped, the carrier (USPS or FedEx) is responsible for delivery. If there is an issue with the carrier’s delivery or if the package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us right away, and we will assist with filing a claim.
International Shipping
Currently, we offer domestic shipping within the U.S. only. International shipping options may be available in the future, and we will update our policy accordingly.
Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. In the event that an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the package.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to meet our processing and shipping timeframes, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us at customersupport@arclyfe.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, certain items are ineligible for returns or exchanges, as outlined below.
- Eligible Items: Items from our regular season collections are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Limited Drops & Exclusive Items: All limited drop items and exclusive products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please note that due to limited stock, we may not be able to offer exchanges for the same style or size. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued for the amount paid, minus shipping costs. The store credit can be used for future purchases.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at customersupport@arclyfe.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
