Returns: In the event that your order doesn't meet your expectations upon receipt, you have a 14-day window to return the items for a complete refund. To qualify, all items must remain in an unused and unaltered state, accompanied by their original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of international returns.

Exchanges: Customers are eligible to exchange products if there are sizing concerns or if the package or clothes are damaged upon receipt. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process: Provide clear details about sizing issues or include images of damaged items when contacting customer support. Our team will guide you through the exchange process, and upon approval, store credit will be issued.

Conditions for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached. Please initiate exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

All international (non-us) orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges

    • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during the order placement.
    • We cannot be held accountable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  2. Order Modifications:

    • Please review your order carefully before submitting as we are unable to cancel or make changes to addresses once an order has been placed.
  3. Shipping Destination:

    • Orders will be shipped to the address entered during the order process. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correctness of the provided shipping address.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

  • In the event that a package is lost or not delivered, and the tracking information indicates it was successfully delivered, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.
  • Claims of non-receipt after a package is marked as delivered will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
