You can return your order within 14 days. To start a return please email us at hello@arclyfe.com with your full name and order number. Once the process is complete, you will be emailed a return label. We will happily exchange your item or issue you are refund for all or part of your order.
They must arrive back to us no later than 28 days from the delivery date.
We offer Free Shipping for all U.S. orders.
We use USPS for all domestic and international orders.
We offer both Klarna and Shop Pay which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.
We work hard to ensure your order is processed within 1-2 business days. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel.
We do offer returns The item(s) need to be registered on our returns portal within 14 days and received within 28 days.
Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return is confirmed via email.
We offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must return your original item and place a new order. Depending on the option you choose during the return process, we will issue you a store credit immediately once your items are approved or issue a refund to your original payment method.
